Application
Quattro HFD 65 is a powerful degreaser, for use in highly contaminated areas to clean and remove oils, greases and hydrocarbon deposit off floors and machinery etc. The area can then be rinsed off with water for clean working surfaces with no oily
residue.
Directions For Use
Quattro HFD 65 can be used concentrated or up to 1 part to 20 parts with water. Apply degreaser onto contaminated surface.
Work in the solution with a brush or broom for a few seconds and then rinse off with water for a clean and residue free surface.
Handling and Safety
Quattro HFD 65 can be detrimental to certain plastics, rubbers and painted surfaces during short or prolonged exposure with the
concentrated solution. Adequate testing on inconspicuous sections should first be undertaken by the user to assess
compatibility.
Wear gloves and goggles and suitable clothing if prolonged contact cannot be avoided. In enclosed areas it can be irritating to
eyes and the respiratory system if two values are exceeded (see material safety data sheet). Moderately toxic if swallowed.
Prolonged contact with skin can cause irritation and defatting of the skin surface.
Disposal
The spent degreaser solution can be further diluted with water and disposed according to local municipal and environmental
regulations.
Spill Management
Small spills can be cleaned by rinsing with copious amounts of water. For large spills absorb with Quattro Fibreflux 2000, shovel
up and dispose in approved waste disposal site.
